Professional Studies also provides other services through the Single Point of Contact Office (SPOC). SPOC offers professional students, campus academic units, and other organizations a vital link to services and resources at the University of Maryland. SPOC serves as an on-campus concierge for our clients, a "one-stop-shop" that quickly addresses all types of concerns for both credit and non-credit programs.
